2015 Summer Reading

What is it?
The Summer Reading Program is made up of fun programs relating to a theme (this year it's Get in the Game!). It's also the time of year where we encourage you to read as much as you can. You read lots of books for school, right? Well, this is your chance to do some reading and win great prizes for it!
The program is for teens entering grades 6-12.
How can I participate?
This year, like last year, there is no registration! Simply come into the library and fill out a form with your name, grade, school, phone/email, and some information on the books you've been reading. Enter once per week.
Once you've filled out the slip of paper you'll want to drop it into one of the three buckets sitting next to the Reference Desk. What are the buckets for? Glad you asked! Each bucket represents a GRAND PRIZE. Simply drop your completed form into the bucket for the prize you want to try and win.
At the end of the summer we will hold a raffle and we will have three lucky winners!
Prizes
Every time you come in to report your progress (once per week) you can enter to win one of the prize packs.
Gift Card Bouquet: We're giving away $60 worth of gift cards to places like Amazon, Target, iTunes, and more!
Night In/Night Out at the movies: Movie passes (including 2 sodas and 1 large popcorn), candy, the box set containing all the books in the Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children series!
Kindle Fire HD6: Yup, we're giving away a Kindle tablet!

- The RI Computer Museum will be here to teach you how to make your own mods in Minecraft
